This is the submission from the National Campus and Community Radio Association in response to CRTC Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-1, Call for comments on Commercial Radio Review. It includes a formal proposal for the creation of a The Community Radio Fund of Canada in partnership with Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada (ARC du Canada) and Association des radiodiffuseurs communautaires du Québec (ARCQ).
